6. Guarantee
This product has been inspected, dated and given a serial number
(see box on the last page), and is guaranteed against any Defects of
conformity, as defined by the applicable law, which may occur up to 24
months from the date of its delivery.
The consumer is required to prove the date of delivery, by means of a
delivery document, or a document valid for tax purposes (e.g. cash receipt,
tax invoice, transport document, etc.), issued by the authorised dealer.
The warranty does not cover products manufactured more than three
years ago (refer to the inspection date) and left lying in warehouses or
exhibitions or in any case never used during this time.
To be valid, this guarantee must include the name of the manufacturer
or dealer or importer and the identification details of the product. By
guarantee we mean the replacement or free repair of the component parts
of the product which present Defects of conformity, found and assessed
by authorised personnel, attributable to an action or omission by the
manufacturer.
The guarantee is excluded in all cases of transport damage, neglect
in the use of the product, improper or negligent use, failure to comply
with the instructions and indications for the operation and installation
of the product contained in the instruction Manual, failure to promptly
repair a Defect of conformity, non-domestic use, incorrect installation
or maintenance, maintenance carried out by unauthorised personnel
or carried out with non-original spare parts, and discrepancies
which, however, cannot be traced back to actions or omissions of the
manufacturer.
Wear and tear resulting from the normal use of parts such as filters,
gaskets, lights, handles, removable parts, glass or plexiglass or painted
parts and any accessories or consumables, etc. are not covered by the
guarantee.
