4.2 Failures of compressor and engine
4.2.1 At start-up, starter rotates slowly

When starter switch is placed at the “START” position, the battery is not normal if B terminal
voltage decreases by 10V.
4.2.2 Receiver tank gauge pressure will not rise up to rated pressure during
unloaded operation
Re-charge and or
supply water/replace.
