Set or query the modem's default power-up mode

03 – UDP mode (address/port is in S53)
04 – TCP mode (address/port is in S53)
When the modem is power-cycled, it enters the
mode specified by this command, after 5 seconds. If
the mode is 1 or 3, on startup, typing ATMD0
within (about) 5 seconds changes the mode to
normal. Otherwise, it enters SLIP or UDP mode
and no longer responds to AT commands.

Enables/disables over-the-air programming of the
modem.
n = 0: Disables over-the-air programming.
n = 1: Enables over-the-air programming.
