6. ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
6.1 Unpacking
The combi boiler is packed in the paper board case. Unpack it with the following
steps. Place the combi boiler pack longitudenal to the floor as shown in the figure.
Replace the adhesive tapes. Unpack the paper boards as shown in the rigth figure.

5.USER INSTRUCTION
5.6 Regular Maintenance
The user is recommended to have the system regularly serviced to maintain the correct functioning and efficiency to be in
the limitations issued by the local law and regulations.
In order to save maney and time, please contact Authorized Airfel Service for the earlier planning of the regular maintenance
service.
Notice: Before attempting to clean or regular service, it is compulsory to cut off the power and shut of the mains gas supply
Maintenance Steps
:
Check the water leaks
Clean the combustion face of the heat exchanger.
Clean combustion chamber and fan.
Check the water and gas pipework.
Check Flame terminal.
Clean gas burner.
Carry out gas leak test.
Check Fan operation.
Check all the sensors.
Check Air/gas ratio.
Clean the heat exchanger.
Check all the electronic equipments.
NOTE:
The regular servicing and maintenance checks should be done annually. This services are not included in the guarantee
service.
