Installation

Condensate Drain

During operation in cooling mode, the unit removes moisture and lowers humidity from the air. This moisture must be

removed to ensure that the drain tray does not overflow.

The condensate pump outlet must be connected to the building drainage system as per the diagram below.

6mm ID braided hose is recommended for the condensate drain hose. Ensure that the hose is not damaged or kinked

during installation. The hose is required to have a fall of 1/50 to 1/100. The fall, provision of air gaps (tundish) or water

traps, and connection to appropriate drainage should follow local design code.
