The fan(s) has a tacho output (open-collector - hall sensor)
connected to RPM-GND. The running status is indicated by the
presence of the RPM signal
Relay
The fan(s) healthy signal
Allows adjustment of the global gain for applications to be
fine-tuned / adjusted beyond P05
