One beep: OK fastening of a single screw

One Long beep:
– Numbers of fastened screws of a unit do not reach the set
amount. Press
to silence beep
– The fastening task is not completed when the preset CYCLE
TIME is reached. Press
to silence beep

Three beeps (quick and short): Thread damage or abnormal screw
fastening of a single screw
•
Four beeps: Numbers of fastened units reaches the set amount
LCD lights
•
Blue light: Operation screen
•
Green light: OK screw fastening
•
Red light: NG screw fastening
•
White light: Setting screen
•
Yellow light: Screen lock
•
Purple light for (1-2 seconds) and then green light: Numbers of
completed units reaches the set amount
•
Purple light: The task is not completed within the preset CYCLE TIME
Screen Errors
If you notice any screen error or scrambled code, you can restart the AM
Controller. If you still notice the same problem after restarting the machine,
please contact your local sales agent immediately.
