This command initializes the transmitter mode of the selected API429 transmitter
channel, and the Loop/Pollution Mode of the transmitter channel. In Loop/Pollution
Mode the Transmitter Channel waits in an idle loop for a start-condition from the
associated receive channel. In the Replay mode, the transmitter is prepared for
sending ARINC data words organized into minor frames with a fixed minor frame
time of 10ms. A double buffer mechanism will be provided to support a continuous
data stream in Replay mode.
The transmitter operation is halted, the high and low priority stack pointer are
initialized and the channel amplitude and the minor frame time are set to the
following default values:

Note:
If loop mode is enabled the host must ensure that the channel
speed matches the speed of the receiver linked to this transmit
channel. If the channel speed of the transmit channel do not
match the channel speed of the receiver linked to this transmit
channel, the acknowledge format will be a negative acknowledge.
