The
AIVE®
feeder is available with a square plastic box attached to the top of the
vibrator and optionally a backlight to illuminate the part.
The plastic upper of
AIVE®
can be selected according to the product supplied, the
material required, and the color required for the thick product.
The
AIVE®
feeder is a vibration feeder that can supply a variety of components using a
visionary industrial robot system. The parts come in a variety of shapes and can be
made from a variety of materials.

AIVE®
feeders are not suitable for handling liquid products or flexible materials.
1-4) Introducing and using AIVE
Most of the
AIVE®
components are located inside
the body. The top of the unit has an exposed
vibrating feeder and the top of the AIVE is equipped
with a user-supplied camera.
Pictured from the side is the outside of the
AIVE®
feeder. Because the vibrating platform is translucent,
the camera can discern the silhouette of the plastic
part.
