Create the Top Section of the Gazebo…
1.
Tap an end plug into the ‘shallower’ or inverted curve end of the Gothic Curves.
2.
Gather the ends of the Gothic Curves, with the end plugs, together.
3.
Referring to Figure 1, place the Wood Block in the Inner Clamp assembly. Assemble the Gothic
curves by fastening between the Parallel Clamp and the Inner Clamp, using the long bolts to the
bottom and the short bolts to the top. Do not fully tighten at this stage.
4.
Slide a 2 way joint onto every other Gothic Curve, do not tighten the connectors.
5.
Slide a spacer bar onto the ends of the on the Gothic curves. This will determine the correct spacing
between the curves, adjust the position of the Gothic curves if required. Refer to Figure 2.
6.
Place the Finial in the Wooden Block.
7.
Slide the top ring sections through the 2 way joints then connect them together.
8.
Slide a moisture seal over each join, level the ring evenly and fix in place.
9.
Tighten the screws of the Finial Clamp Assembly.
10.
Slide a spacer bar onto the ends of the on the Gothic curves. This will determine the correct spacing
between the curves, adjust the position of the Gothic curves if required. Once satisfied with the
positioning of the curves tighten the screws on the finial assembly. Refer to Figure 2.
11.
Slide a moisture seal over the non-reduced ends of the pieces of the Top Ring.
12.
Push a Top Ring pieces through the 2-Way connectors on the Gothic curves. Attach the poles to one
another, covering the joins between the poles with a moisture seal.
13.
Ensure that the Top Ring is concentric and level to the Gazebo, once satisfied tighten the 2-Way
Connectors onto the Top Ring and onto the Gothic Curves.
Please read the assembly instructions carefully prior to construction.
Tips:
Before positioning the Spacer Bars on the uprights, half screw in the grub screws to the Ring Clamps on the Spacer Bars, to
reduce the risk of losing the screws.
Once correctly positioned tighten the grub screw to secure the spacer bar to the uprights.
Positioning of the Spacer Bars
In many cases the position of the horizontal bars is down to personal preference. However, if you have the lattice option you
will need to leave the correct distance between bars.
Lattice Panel Option
For illustrative purposes we have only shown one side fixed with the lattice panels. Attach panels to both sides as you proceed.
Please read these instructions carefully prior to assembly.
Assembly will require a Tape Measure, Spirit Level, and a Rubber Mallet.

6. Once satisfied with the positioning of the curves tighten the screws on the finial assembly.
Refer to Figure 2.
7. Place the Finial in the Wooden Block.

10. Tighten the screws of the Finial clamp Assembly.
11. Ensure that Top Ring is concentric and level to the Gazebo, once satisfied tighten the 2-Way
Connectors onto the Top Ring and onto the Gothic Curves.
