Error code information
If there is something wrong with the electronic control
system, an error code will appear automatically. Here is
detailed information as to the error codes.
Error code Error description

Communication abnormality. There is a problem with communication between
display and controller.
Solution: Turn the system off. Check the display connector, unplug it and plug
in again and turn the system on. If error appears again, contact authorized
service centre.

Smart BMS communication problem.
Solution: Turn the system off. Reinstall the battery and turn the system on. If
error appears again, contact authorized service centre.
Failed controller indication.
Solution: Turn the system off. Check the display connector, unplug it and plug
in again and turn the system on. If error appears again, contact authorized
service centre.
