This exposes a layer of soft insulation. Remove it to expose the hard oven 
insulation. Remove the precut insulation piece at the location shown in 

Figure 4

.

Replace the soft insulation. Install the valve box blanking plate, using one 
screw at the front and one at the rear to secure it. See 

Figure 5
