What should I do before calling the support?
Before calling, it is a good idea to run the Windows version of the
software, connect the PTC via USB and perform a status read (via the
maintenance menu entry) and a self test. The status read prints a few
status lines in a window to help identify the internal versions of the
firmware and FPGA images for the PTC. This might also give an
indication which mode the card is in and which mode the card will switch
into after the next power-up. The self test feature checks if the PTC is
capable of establishing a link with itself and that the internal PTC
hardware is functioning correctly.
