IMPORTANT
Because the construction of the table surface can vary widely,
you should work with your facilities personnel to secure the integration plates
to the table surface. Agilent Technologies service personnel will not secure the
integration plates to the table surface.
Device-mounting hole specifications
The following diagram shows the integration plates and the spacing of the
holes for mounting the robot and devices. The spacing of the device- mounting
holes are uniform across all plate types.
