Step 07 When you observe lines in the rectangular pattern (top solid white block), you need to check
the grid pattern shown in Fig. Nozzle Issues Close Up Views. If a missing nozzle occurs, a line will be
missing in the grid pattern, which means a missing nozzle.

Note

: A naked eye can easily spot any nozzle issue as it affects the evenness of the color patch as

illustrated in the close up views in Fig.4-33.

print this test on any black or white media larger than the image size of 1020 X 720 mm². The test
patterns are similar to the white nozzle check and are checked the same way.
