Modifications to the product
Changes or modifications made to the product by unauthorised per-
sons may lead to malfunctions and are prohibited for safety reasons.

Usage of spare parts and accessories
Usage of unsuitable spare parts and accessories may cause dam-
age to the product.
Use only genuine spare parts and accessories of the manufac-
turer (see chapter 11, page 43).
2.7
Liability information
The manufacturer shall not be liable in any form whatsoever for
direct or consequential damage resulting from failure to observe the
technical instructions, guidelines and recommendations.
The manufacturer or the sales company shall not be liable for costs
or damages incurred by the user or by third parties in the usage or
application of this product, in particular in case of improper use of the
product, misuse or malfunction of the connection, malfunction of the
product or of connected products. The manufacturer or the sales
company shall not be liable for damage whatsoever resulting from
any use other than the use explicitly permitted in this instruction
manual.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for misprints.

Product description
The digital tank contents indicator DIT 10 consists of an electronic
pressure sensor and a microprocessor-controlled display unit inte-
grated into a robust plastic housing. A four-digit LC display indicates
the measured values. The function key F switches the product on
and allows you to select the display mode in litres, cubic metres,
percentage and liquid level. The two keys
are used to program
the product. The housing of the display unit contains a lithium bat-
tery. The product is delivered without the battery connected.
The free cable end of the display unit is connected to the pressure
sensor. The pressure sensor is inserted into the tank from the top
and fastened and sealed with a cable gland.
The pressure sensor is equipped with a spacer intended to keep the
measuring hole above a sludge layer that may be present on the
tank bottom.
The pressure sensor comes with several cable glands that can be
used to seal the pressure sensor cable into the tank.
