USE INDICATIONS
Do not overlay the foods to be blast chilled and/or deep frozen and whose thickness does not exceed 40-50
mm. Do not overload the machine.
Do not exceed kilograms indicated and spread products evenly and uniformly on trays.
Blast chilling and freezing are always for products with a maximum thickness of 40 mm.
Pre-cool the compartment before the blast chilling cycle.
Blast chill just one food type at a time, different foods have different densities and therefore the times
requested for the cycle vary.
Keep a sufficient space between the trays in a way to allow adequate circulation of the air (at least 2 cm). If
the machine is not loaded completely, divide the trays throughout the entire useful height.
The core probe must be positioned correctly in the centre of the cut product or the biggest piece, and the point
must never stick out of the product and/or touch the tray.
To avoid breaking the core probe do not introduce into food-stuffs with temperature greater than 100°C.
Always clean the probe after use to prevent undesired contamination.
Do not cover foods with lids or another, the more you isolate the food the more you stretch the time required
for killing.
Never introduce perishables that are much above 70°C, as well as overloading the machine this notably
lengthens blast chilling times.
Do not obstruct the intake well of the evaporator fans.
The drainage basin of the chiller in the cell must be placed under the equipment in their guides. Please note
that the exhaust pipe is positioned inside the tank and free of obstructions. The bowl must be emptied
periodically, for do this, simply remove the bowl from the guides, empty it and put it again in the guides.
Maximum load per shelf: 30 Kg.
Climate class: 5
The compliance tests EN 60335-2-89 (chapter 10,11,13) are performed at an ambient temperature of 43°C
±2°C.
The machine can not be placed in a cabinet.
Do not store explosives, such as pressurized containers with flammable propellant, in this appliance.
