Use a hobby knife to cut out the cooling air
exit in the paper template as shown.

Cylinder head and cooling air exit cutouts
completed in paper template.
19.
Use a felt tip marker to transfer the template
cutout patterns to the cowl as shown. Ensure
all the holes will have approximately 2-3 times
the area as the intake holes on the front of the
cowl
20.
Use a rotary tool disc cutting wheel to rough
cut the holes in the bottom of the cowl.
