Fitness Evaluator
Your PaceMaster Gold Elite Treadmill offers cardio program C6 a Fitness Evaluation. Thru the administration of a fitness test your
treadmill can provide an estimation of your aerobic condition as well as analyzing the progress you make with training. The test is suitable
for all fitness levels and provides a general classification of your aerobic condition based upon predicted VO2 max. This Fitness
Evaluation consists of a 3 minute warm up and then a one mile walk/run/jog. Your heart rate upon the completion of one mile is recorded
and factored along with age, gender and your one mile time (exclusive of warm up and cool down) to estimate your VO2 max. This is
compared with VO2 max tables for the general public to arrive at a numerical score representing your estimated aerobic condition. The
Fitness Evaluator test should be performed prior to your workout.

Very Poor Poor Fair Good Excellent Superior
Below 55 56-65 66-75 76-85 86-95 96-100
Analysis of the result is by comparing it with the result of previous tests. It is expected that, with appropriate training between each test,
the analysis would indicate improvement.
