What to do if...
Remedying faults
In the event of a fault, try to solve the problem yourself with the aid of
the information provided here. If you use the Customer Service for one
of the faults listed here or to remedy an operating error, the Customer
Service technician's visit will not be free of charge, even during the
warranty period.
•
If the fault code
C1
or
C2
is shown in the
Multi-display, you may be able to remedy the
problem yourself (see the faults table below).
After remedying the fault, press the button
O

s
(START/PAUSE). If
the fault code is shown again, inform Customer Service.
•
In the case of all other displayed faults (
C
and number or letter code),
please inform Customer Service, quoting the fault code.

The washing machine
does not work.
The mains plug is not
plugged in.
Plug in the mains plug.
The fuse of the building's
wiring is not in order.
Replace the fuse.
The filling door is not cor-
rectly closed.
Close the filling door; The
lock must engage audibly.

not pressed for long enough.
Press the button

gram begins.
The door cannot be
closed.
The child safety feature is set
Cancel the child safety fea-
ture (see Section "Child
Safety Feature“).
Water is not running.
Fault code

appears.
Water valve closed.
Open the water valve.
Filter in screw connection of
the intake hose blocked.
Close the water valve. Un-
screw the hose from the tap,
remove the sieve and clean
under running water
Water tap is blocked with
limescale or is faulty.
Check water tap and have it
repaired if necessary.
