Downmix
Modifies the characteristic of the speaker output:
LT/RT:
Select this setting if you wish to play the DVD in Pro
Logic Dolby Stereo Effect. It enables a realistic dual chan-
nel playback effect.
Stereo:
Select this setting if you wish to play a DVD
recorded in 5.1-audio-format in -channell-stereo sound.
Dynamic Range
This concept “Dynamic Range” describes the ratio from the
lowest to the loudest sound. With a high dynamic range very
low, as well as very loud sounds are emitted.
This may cause playback issues. In the event you view a DVD
within a relatively noisy you may adjust the volume to hear
low volume passages, however, it bears the disadvantage that
louder passages are unacceptably loud. Suggestively you may
compromise (reduce) the dynamic range and increase the
output volume.
FULL -2/8:
The dynamic ratio is compromised from /8 to
maximum (FULL).
OFF:
The dynamic ratio is not compromised (default setting).
Dual Mono
The sound output usually takes place stereo. You may choose
a mono output instead of a stereo output.
Stereo:
The output is in stereo (default setting).
Mono L:
The output is in mono. On all speakers the signal
is emitted from the “left” stereo channel.
Mono R:
The output is in mono. On all speakers the signal
is emitted from the “right” stereo channel.
Mix Mono:
The output is in mono. On all speakers the
signal is emitted from the “both” stereo channel.
Change DVB-T Default Settings
Note:
The DVB-T Setting menu may only be selected in DVB-T
mode.
You may change numerous default settings using the screen
menu.
Press the
SETUP
(Fig. /9) of the remote control to start the
menu for default setting changes.
Within the menu setup you will find 2 menu levels:
Main menu:
The main menu is displayed by graphic sym-
bols.
Sub-menu:
Within every main menu entry you will find the
corresponding sub-menu entries.

direction
keys
