Oven interior
Cleaning
The catalytic-coated walls are self-cleaning. They absorb fat splashes while the oven is in
operation.
In order to support this self-cleaning process, we recommend heating the oven at regu-
lar intervals with no food in it.
1.
For cleaning, turn the oven light on.
2.
Also wipe the oven out with a warm solution of water and washing-up liquid and then
dry it.
3.
Set oven temperature to 250°C.
4.
Turn the oven off after one hour.
5.
If any residues remain, wipe them off with a damp,
soft
sponge
.
1
Important!
Do not use oven spray or abrasive cleaners. Do not use soap or other clean-
ing agents. These can damage the catalytic metal.
3
After prolonged use, the catalytic coating may discolour slightly. This has no effect on
the catalytic properties.
Accessories
Rinse and dry all accessory parts thoroughly after every use. For easier cleaning, leave to
soak for a while.
