The following instructions explain the procedures for installing a motherboard, riser
card, add-on cards, and disk drives in the chassis. For detailed information regarding
the chassis parts, refer to Appendix A - Exploded Diagram and Parts List.

2.1 Removing the Rear Top Cover

To remove the rear top cover, follow the instructions below.
1. Loosen the standard screw and the two knurled screws affixed to the rear cover.
2. Slide the rear top cover backwards and then lift upwards to remove it (see Fig-
ure 2.1).
请按照以下步骤移除机后箱盖。
1. 旋开一颗顶盖螺丝以及 2 个顶盖后侧的手转螺丝。
2. 将顶盖向后拉出然后向上抬起。（如图 2.1 所示）

1. 旋開一顆頂蓋螺絲以及 2 個頂蓋後側的手轉螺絲。

Note! Use caution when installing or handling components with the chassis
open. Turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and ground yourself by
touching the metal chassis before handling any of the internal compo-
nents.
