UART RS-485 Auto-Flow Control

COM5 supports the RS-485 auto-flow control function for all UART.
Enabling the RS485 auto-flow control function will automatically drive the RTS# pin to

a logic level of high or low for flow control.

To enable RS-485 auto-flow control, the parity and stop-bit settings must follow one

of the configurations below.
(1) 8 data bits + 1 parity bit + 1stop bit
(2) 8 data bits + 1 parity bit + 2 stop bits
(3) 8 data bits + 2 stop bits
