Troubleshooting
The following details events in which the system behaves abnormally
In such cases, please refer to the troubleshooting instructions below.
2.6.1
POC not Power ON.
Press the power button but no power on (Power ON Green indicator is still off)
Please check
1.
Check that adapter/DCIN is plugged in properly.
2.
Check that the adapter/DCIN is plugged in to the correct direction to POC DCIN
Connector
3.
Check that the AC power cord plug and adapter are correct
4.
Check that the AC power cord is plugged into the wall inlet properly.
5.
If there is no adapter plugged in (battery powered mode), please check that the
battery is installed properly and then check the battery’s capacity.
Please unplug the battery pack and press the capacity indicator button on the
battery pack.
The illuminated LED represents the battery capacity.

Adapter Power LED off
The adapter indicator’s green LED remains off.

Check that the AC power cord is plugged into the adapter properly
2.
Check that the AC power cord is plugged into the wall inlet properly.
