Note: If you enable the IDE HDD block mode, the en-
hanced IDE driver will be enabled.
6.1.10 Password setting
To change, confirm, or disable the password, choose the "PASS-
WORD SETTING" option from the Setup main menu and press [Enter].
The password can be at most 8 characters long.
Remember to enable this feature. You must first select the Security
Option in the BIOS FEATURES SETUP to be either "Setup" or
"System." Pressing [Enter] again without typing any characters can
disable the password setting function.
6.1.11 IDE HDD auto detection
"IDE HDD AUTO DETECTION" automatically self-detects the hard
disk type.
