2.3 Jumpers and Connectors
2.3.1 Jumper Description
ITA-3650G can be configured according to the application requirements by setting
jumpers. To close a jumper, simply remove the clip. Occasionally a jumper will have
three pins, labelled 1, 2, and 3. With these types of jumpers, connect either pins 1
and 2, or pins 2 and 3.
The jumper settings are schematically depicted in this manual as shown below.
A pair of needle-nose pliers may be helpful when working with jumpers. If you have
any doubts about the best hardware configuration for your application, contact your
local distributor or sales representative before making any changes. Generally, only a
standard cable is required to make most connections.
