Introduction
The AMAX-5580 is an embedded Application Ready Platform (ARP) designed to
reduce development time while offering a diverse range of networking interfaces that
meet the needs of various projects. Featuring Intel's Core i7/i5/Celeron technology,
the AMAX-5580 provides a rich interface with 2 x serial ports, 2 x GbE LAN, and 4 x
USB ports. Dual display VGA and HDMI support are also available to meet various
high-resolution requirements.
The AMAX-5580 is capable of operating in a wide temperature range from -10 to 60
°C. Leveraging Intel's Skylake series Core i CPU structure, the AMAX-5580 supports
dual bank DDR4 to support up to 32GB RAM. The CPU unit also includes expansion
capabilities with 1 x Mini-PCIe and a single internal USB port.
With support for multiple operating systems and drivers, including Windows 7/10 and
WES7, users can easily integrate applications into an ARP that provides versatile
functions for diverse requirements.

Always disconnect the power cord from your chassis whenever you are
working on it. Do not connect while the power is on. A sudden rush of
power can damage sensitive electronic components. Only experienced
electronics personnel should open the chassis.
