Replacement of UV-lamp in the SunFresh container and refilling SunFresh
container
DANGER! DANGEROUS RADIATION
The UV lamp in the SunFresh container uses UV-C radiaton which can cause
immediate genetic changes and skin and eye damage after short exposure
. The UV-lamp for the water purification is only to be operated within the
closed SunFresh container. Use only replacement lamps and containers for
the SunFresh system supplied Advanced UV Light, specifically suited for this
application. Observe safety instructions and warning notices attached to the
SunFresh system.
WARNING! RISK OF POISONING!
The UV lamp in the water pruification system contains mercury. If the
purification system breaks, suck up the mercury with a suitable mercury pump
with active charcoal and make sure that the room is well ventilated. Diligently
observe all hygienic regulations. Dispose of UV-C lamp in compliance with
applicable environmental standards and regulations.

Inside the SunFresh container, is a water purification system with a UV-C
lamp, which keeps the water in the container germ-free.
The purification unit with the lamp must be replaced after 6,000 operating
hours or earlier, if necessary.
CAUTION!
The UV-lamp in the SunFresh system can get damaged when touched with
bare hands. Do not touch the UV-lamp. Only authorized service personnel is
allowed to replace the SunFresh purification system.
The water level of the SunFresh container is controlled by a sensor. If the
minimum water level is reached, the display shows the error message
“E 06” which indicates that the water needs to be refilled. Proceed as
follows:
Disconnect the unit from the mains supply with the mans disconnection
switch and secure with lock and key against accidental reconnection.
Remove the front cover.
– Get a soft support ready for storage of the front cover.
– Loosen the screws of the front cover.
– Lift the front cover for a few centimeters.
– Pull out the brackets out of the slots at the bench supports.
– Store the front cover.
