Assembly and electrical installation
WARNING!
Risks caused by incorrect assembly
Incorrectly performed assembly and installation work can cause serious and
fatal injuries.
Only trained and authorized service personnel or qualified electricians are
allowed to perform assembly and installation work.
ATTENTION!
Do not damage components.
Take care that you
- do not kick at components,
- do not damage components,
- do not scratch surfaces.
The unit is subject to a final testing procedure in the factory. After the final testing the unit is disassembled for
transportation and packed into transport boxes.
The top and sunbed construction is fixed to a pallet and then packed into a heavy-duty cardboard box, fit to
carry two additional boxes with components on top. The remaining boxes are fixed to a second pallet.
For assembly at the site of installation, all components must be conveyed to the site of installation where they
are unpacked and stored for further use.
The top and sunbed construction must be disassembled in order to transport the single components to the site
of installation where they are reassembled – unless there is enough space to move the complete pallet to the
site of installation.
NOTICE:
For transportation to the site of installation and disassembly and
assembly work four (4) adult and able persons are needed.
For assembly and disassembly of the unit, you need the following tools:
■ torque spanner T 40
■ allan key, 6 mm
■ set of wrench sockets
■ philips screwdrivers (small, medium and large)
■ flat screwdriver (small, medium and large)
