Number of frames received by the network port.

OPEN LOOP No receive signal
TEST FROM TELCO Loopback code received from telco
AIS ALARM Unframed all ones received
RED ALARM Loss of frame synchronization
YELLOW ALARM Telco side loss of frame synchroniza-
