USING THE LID AND STEAM RELEASE VALVE
SLOW COOKING
LOW Setting: This is suitable for simmering and slow cooking.
Recommended cooking time in LOW is for 10 or more hours.
MEDIUM Setting: This is standard mode for slow cooking. Recommended
cooking time in MEDIUM is for 8 or more hours.
HIGH Setting: This is for faster cooking. Recommended cooking times in
HIGH is for 4 or more hours.
KEEP WARM
Setting: When cooking time is completed, the Cooker
automatically switches to the
KEEP WARM
setting to prevent overcooking
and to keep your cooked food warm until serving - perfect for busy
families, those on the run and those who need flexible meal times. This
setting is not hot enough to cook and should only be used to keep hot,
cooked food warm for serving.
Capacity:
When slow cooking, the ideal fill level for your ingredients is
between the 1/2 and 2/3 marks. Never fill the Cooking Pot above the MAX
line.
