Install LEFT X PLATE using 2 M5 x 45 screws from the KIT and original Nylock nuts:

Install RIGHT X PLATE using 2 M5 x 45 screws from the KIT, 

2 units M5X8X8 

ALUMINUM SPACER from KIT (spacers to complete assembly for the plate)
