The product can keep one GN1/1 pan or two standard GN1/2 pans.
1.5 Complete operation
Turn the temperature knob of machine counterclockwise to “OFF” position, pull the
power plug, and cut off the power.
Erase the water and smudge by wet cotton cloth (or the
wet towel without corrosive
cleanser) to facilitate the next use.
IV Daily Maintenance
1. Usually make daily checks. Check the status of machine every day before and after
use:
Before use: whether the machine
tilts and whether the power line is aged, cracked or
broken.
After use: whether there have peculiar smells, odors, abnormal noise and other
abnormal phenomenon during operation.
2. Cut off the power during cleaning and maintenance to prevent accidents.

IV Attentions
1. The equipment shall be smoothly laid in a horizontal position. The user shall set
appropriate power switch, fuse and residual current operated protective device around the
equipment. And there shall have no sundries around the equipment for easy operation.

3. The machine shall be stopped from using when it fails during use, and it can only be

V Transportation and Storage
1. Prevent strenuous vibration, extrusion, inversion and collision in transportation process.
