III Operation Method
1.1 Smoothly put the warming plate on horizontal table. Turn the temperature regulator of
warming plate counterclockwise to OFF position, and switch off the left and right lights.
1.2 Put the food into the GN pans to be kept warm.
1.3 Power on the warming plate and adjust the holding temperature.
Power on and turn the temperature controller clockwise to appropriate position to
make the indicator light on and start the operation.
Reduce holding temperature: appropriately turn the adjustable temperature
controller counterclockwise.
Improve holding temperature: appropriately turn the adjustable temperature
