9. TROUBLESHOOTING

LED Life: Low
• Optical head should be
replaced.
• Contact the manufacturer.
Error: Power Fault
• The reactor is not functioning
properly.
• Contact the manufacturer.
• The reactor is not connected
to the control display.
• Check the reactor cables to
the board. (Ports #1 & #2)
Error: Temp fault
• The LED board temperature
is high.
• Check water temperature.
» Check environment
temperature.
» Turn off the device –
contact the manufacturer
or sales rep.
• The reactor is not connected
to the control display.
• Check the reactor cables to
the board. (Ports #1 & #2)
Error: Voltage Fault
• The supplied voltage from
the wallplug is low. Thus, the
reactor is not functioning
properly.
• Check the reactor cables to
the board. (Ports #1 & #2)
No Flow Meter
• The flow sensor is not
working or is not connected.
• Check the flow sensor
connections. If the error was
not resolved, contact the
manufacturer.
