In case of any failure with the system, a warning message will pop up on the control
display screen and the mobile app explaining the fault message. The following
table illustrates the fault messages, causes, and the required actions:

Fault Message Comments to User Action Needed
Error: Replace LED
• LED's life is at 0%.
• The optical head should be
replaced.
• Contact the manufacturer.
Plan to replace LED • The LED life is below 5%.
• Prepare to replace LED soon.
Contact the manufacturer for
arranging a replacement.
Pwr fault
• The reactor is not functioning
properly.
• Contact the manufacturer.
• The reactor is not connected
to the control display.
• Check the reactor cables to
the board. (Ports #1 & #2)
Tmp fault
• The LED board temperature
is high.
• Check water temperature.
» Check environment
temperature.
» Turn off the device –
contact the manufacturer
or sales rep.
• The reactor is not connected
to the control display.
• Check the reactor cables to
the board. (Ports #1 & #2)
Filter capacity • Filter should be replaced.
• Replace the filter yourself or
contact the manufacturer.
• Make sure you enter the new
filter information in the app.
