Open the unit and disconnect all
connectors from the charger board,
unplug and remove battery.

Disconnect
the
battery
from
the
charger board. Remove the strap.
Replace the battery and secure the
strap,
BATTERY HANDLING WARNINGS:
•
Dispose of used batteries promptly.
•
Keep away from children.
•
Do not disassemble.
•
Do not dispose of in fire
.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Remove mounting screws from the
bracket and remove the light
engine assembly. Carefully unplug
connectors from the light engine
and reconnect the connectors to
the new light engine. Reinstall light
engine assembly and ensure that
the lamp wires are not pinched.

Re-assemble unit.

Reconnect the new battery to the
charger board.

Remove screws from the plastic
cover and main charge board
and take them out. Carefully
unplug connector from lamp
assembly.

Unplug and remove battery (Pag 5,
Step 1-2) and plastic cover from
housing.
CHARGER BOARD REPLACEMENT

Remove all the screws from charger
board, replace the new charger
board, connect the connectors in the
same orientation to the new charger
board.

Disconnect all connectors on the
charger board.
