1. Machine is ready for use now.
a. Release the handle lock with your foot and
lower the handle.
b. To start the machine, push both safety buttons
“A”, and then press switches, left or right on the lever “B”
2. Sanding and grinding
a. Move the machine forward and backward to
finish the work
b. To transport, place the handle straight up and
tilt the machine so the wheels reaches the floor.
3. Connect vacuum cleaner
To avoid dust in the air when sandning a vacuum
cleaner can be connected to the hose on the machine.
a. Screw the two hoses to the outlets on the
machine, (with the T-connector).
b. Use a standard 32mm vacuum hose and screw it
on the T-connector. Extra long hose is recomended.
c. Also mount the yellow dust protector skirt on to
the velcro on the machine.
4. Add extra weight
Unscrew the two bolts that holds the lifting handles.
Put the weight and lifting handles in place and screw
the bolts back again. You must add two weights, one
on each side to prevent malfunction.
Instructions for use
Pad must be mounted before cable is connected.
Move the handle beyond the pedal locking not to fall
down and hurt someone.
Always use footwear using this machine.
After use, always remove pad or sanding paper.
Maintenance
Be careful during use and transport. The machine is
heavy and hard hits or drops can destroy the balance
and counterweight system. Keep the machine clean,
wipe it with an all purpose cleaner. Never put the
machine into water.
