Updating the Firmware

8. When the download is complete, click 

Update

 and follow the 

onscreen instructions to upgrade the ScreenBeam Wireless Display 

application. 

 

 

Th

e ScreenBeam Wireless Display application has been updated, as well 

as the Receiver’s 

fi

rmware. 

Updating Using a USB Flash Drive 

1. Download the ScreenBeam Pro’s 

fi

rmware (sbpro_fw_x.x.xx.x.zip) at 

http://www.actiontec.com/sbupdate

. 

2. Extract the zip 

fi

le. An 

autorun

 folder, an 

install

 

fi

le and this upgrade 

instructions guide should be extracted.  

3. Insert a USB 

fl

ash drive in an available USB port on the computer.  

4. Copy both the 

autorun

 folder and 

install

 

fi

le to the top directory of 

the USB 

fl

ash drive 







Note

: Do not use a portable hard drive. Use a formatted FAT/FAT32 

USB

ash drive only.
