If sit to stand system should stop working:
First check the fuse in the black fuse holder located at the black & red, 16 gauge wire harness which
comes off the battery, fuse type is an ATC 20 amp.
If you suspect the actuator has failed and you have a
“Tilt on the Fly” rocker switch, (not tilt through
the joystick) you can simply bypass the lift actuator as follows:
Locate wire coming out of the side of the lift actuator, unplug from the current white 2 pin plug it is
attached to at the motor controller, as in picture 1. Plug lead from actuator into white/green lead
from the wire harness, as in picture 2.
Now, use the rocker switch on the grab handle to operate the lift function up or down.
