If the seat tilt function should stop working :
First check the fuse in the black fuse holder located at the black & red 16 gauge wire harness which
comes off the battery, fuse type is an ATC 20 amp (see figure #3).
If you suspect the “Tilt on the Fly” rocker switch (figure #6) has failed you can simply bypass the
rocker switch as follows:
Locate wire coming out of the side of the actuator (see figure #7), unplug from the current plug it is
attached to (see figure #4) Then plug this lead from actuator into the blue/yellow lead from the 14
pin connector which is located under the seat (see figure #5).
Now turn joystick on and press the “M” button, move the joystick forward or backwards, the chair
seat should tilt forward and backwards.
If you find that the seat does tilt, then the problem would be in the “Tilt on the Fly” rocker switch or
wiring to it.
