Note 2: READ_TEMPERATURE_1 should provide the PDB Inlet Ambient temperature.
Note 3: Read Total Power command only at +12 V, 3V3, 5V total power.
Note 4: Buzzer will alert when any PSU fault occurs. Write 0x20 command in PMBus will be
able to mute buzzer alarm. When PSU goes back to normal state, the register will be
set at 0x00.
