If you wish to start running Duplicates now, click 

Start Now.

 The Duplicate operation 

will run, and when it is complete Retrospect Express will quit. From then on, when-
ever you want to run a backup, simply press the PushButton™. Retrospect Express will 
launch, automatically perform an incremental Duplicate operation, and then quit.
