After the installation is complete, the application called “
NvRamWriter
” (
) appears in
PAD’s application list.
Using the NVRAM Writer Tool
NOTE:
Make sure the steps in Preparation section are completed.
To open the application in your PAD, tap the NvRamWriter icon (
).
The application main page opens.
Understanding the Functions
Read
:
Value in PAD displays the current value retrieved from the PAD.
Write:

Tap Edit View, to popup virtual keyboard for user to input.
•
Tap Submit button, to write the value to the NvRAM after the input is complete.
NOTE
:
If the format is correct, the current value in PAD will be updated with the new value.
