In general, data storage is subject to country-specific data protection
guidelines. Our main concern is data security. That's why we have the
entire infrastructure set up on European Google Cloud servers. As part
of the Google guarantee, we ensure that only ACARiS employees and
you have access to your data. At the same time we use the reliability of
Google services and the security of the concentrated Google
infrastructure to give you the best possible service.
Data sovereignty is always yours - meaning that you have access to
stored data or have it deleted at any time. Just send an e-mail with the

11. Legal notice
You are legally obliged to sign the area that you monitor with the
HORSE PROTECTOR
and to make it recognisable by a warning for
everyone. Therefore we recommend you to attach the supplied sign to
your horse stable so that it is clearly visible. Furthermore, you are
bound to only film areas for which you have given permission or that
belong to you.
