Question:
Is there any chance of viewing recorded data, after the HDD has been cleared?
Answer:
There is a chance of being able to view the deleted data, but the user will only be able to
view, not to save data.
Solution:
During booting the DVR press and hold “PLAY”. The message “PLAY ONLY MODUS” will
be shown.
The user can now playback the recorded data. The functions search by date or event are
deactivated. In order to save data image loop through the camera outputs to a second
recorder and record the images there. Contact your local dealer for further assistance.
It is necessary that after deleting the HDD, the HDD is as less as possible used, deleted,
formatted etc. in order for this method to work.
