Slab Details and Anchoring Layout
• The garage has been designed so that the slab
and the external dimensions of the frame are the
same. This allows the wall sheeting to overlap the
top of the slab by 30mm and this prevents water
entering the structure.
• If a front stepdown or ramp is added as
recommended be sure to allow for the 30mm
stepdown for the wall sheeting at the entrance.
• Refer to the attached engineering drawings for
footings as an alternative to the slab specified.
