Place the rail parallel to the other. Place the
OPEN SURF on the rails and against the stop on the
first rail on the pool side.

Pre-drill all the holes to Ø 5 mm always keeping the
OPEN SURF close to the hole in order to maintain a
constant gap between the rails.

Push the rail aside to drill the Ø 8 mm holes and fix
the rail with the screws.

3.4 Fixing the stand (SURF 1 and 2)
Fix the stand to the rear of the rail on the motor side of
the OPEN SURF.

Place the OPEN SURF against the rear stop, place
the stand approximately 5 cm from it. For non solar
models, bring the power supply cable to the stand.

Power supply stand

Mark the 4 holes using the plate (6) and drill using
a Ø 12 mm bit.

Fit the threaded rods (5) using chemical sealer.
The rods must protrude 342 mm above the ground.

Fit the square tube (4) and connect the 24 volt input
cable using the supplied screw terminal.

Place the plate with the notch (3) and screw
the 4 bolts (2).

Place the top (1).

Solar end stand (SURF 1 only)

Mark the 4 holes using the base (1) and drill using
a Ø 1 mm bit.

Fit the M8 anchors (3) and the FHC M8 x 60 (2) screws
to fix the base.

Fit the base (4).
-
Adjust the orientation of the stand so that the solar
panel faces south. Then, screw the CHC M6 x 16 screw
(5) in order to block the base rotation.

Place the cover (6) on the base and fix it using the
4 plastic screws (8).

Place the casing (7) on the casing (6) and fit it using
the plastic screws (9).
