Dough/Bread mixtures
Note:
There will be some movement in the mixing arm and hinge when mixing
heavy dough.
Always use the dough hook.
Use speed 1 or 2 to mix or knead yeast dough.
Do not exceed 1kg of dough.
Whipping egg whites or cream
Always use the whisk attachment.
Start on a high speed setting (4)
Gradually increase to the highest speed setting (6).
Mix for up to 4 minutes or until the egg whites are stiff.
A recipe guide has been provided in the stand mixer product box.
Important:
Do not exceed 10 minutes continuous mixing time as this product
features safety cut-off.
Allow to cool for a minimum of one minute before continuing use.
